Booking and payment dispute features are not active during controlled beta. No booking is possible, no payment features are active, and no formal disputes tied to live bookings exist yet. No payment holds, releases, or transfer flows are active. The timeline below describes a planned trust process, not live payment processing.

Dispute timeline (planned)

  1. Issue reported.
  2. Basic information collected.
  3. Work and proof reviewed.
  4. Both sides may be asked for context.
  5. Admin review or support review.
  6. Resolution guidance issued.
  7. Final record retained for safety and trust review.
